Not sure if it is due to the high humidity here (I'm living in Netherlands), I had to dry the shells for more than an hour. But with the heating on, it should be quite dry indoor.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1455891724757786007.post-36569936978976025512012-12-10T09:44:49.105+11:002012-12-10T09:44:49.105+11:00That's a pity about the cachous. You need to dry the shells out for a bit longer to avoid the cracking, about half an hour extra. As for them melting, you can see mine melted a little but not completely, maybe it depends on the type you use? Otherwise you can decorate them after the shells are already baked, by using royal icing to attach them. Hope that helps!Stephcookiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13287192870684938203noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1455891724757786007.post-4126080474739754912012-12-10T05:56:23.974+11:002012-12-10T05:56:23.974+11:00Hi Steph, I like all the lovely creations you made...Hi Steph, I like all the lovely creations you made!
